It is important that you provide a telephone number on the order form.  If the item has to be returned to us due to an incorrect address or if they have been unable to get in touch with you to deliver your parcel, then DP Supplies cannot hold any liability for any postage costs incurred.  If the items are returned to us, we will get in touch with you and offer to ship them out again if postage is repaid, or a full refund on the value of the goods that you purchased will be refunded. 

If goods are not received, Dogproof.co.uk holds no liability for lost items.
