Delivery costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your order as well as your preferred method.

To find out shipping charges for what you wish to buy, simply enter the number of bags you want into the box and click on "shipping charges". 

To add to basket, THEN click on the  tick. You do not need to click on the tick to check on the delivery costs.

To save on postage, you may find it cheaper to send multiple packets of 2kg's via Airmail instead. This is all dependant on the final weight of your order.

Please note: Dogproof accept no resposibility once items have been despatched. 

If you believe your item has not been delivered, please allow up to 20 days after posting for items sent to Europe, and 25 days after posting for all other items, before you consider it lost.  This is because your item may have been held in customs or could be in the process of being returned to you if it could not be delivered for some reason.

For Items greater than 2kg are sent via Parcel Force.
