Delivery:
If you believe your item has not been delivered, please allow up to 20 days after posting for items sent to Europe, and 25 days after posting for all other items, before you consider it lost. This is because your item may have been held in customs or could be in the process of being returned to you if it could not be delivered for some reason. Proof of postage can be given upon request.
Returns:
We offer a 30 day policy and happy to offer refunds in exchange for any un-used bags returned to us. We will not be able to refund any postage costs however.
Disclaimer: Using hot items to seal these bags can make them hot. To avoid any injury please make sure you wear protection.
